Senator Hannon is partnering with Winthrop Hospital to answer the health concerns that are on your mind. Learn about Winthrop University Hospital's Center for the Advanced Care of Chronic Conditions, Health and Wellness, and Sleep Disorders.
The event will be held on Tuesday, August 10, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the beautiful “Welcoming Center at The Winthrop Wellness Pavilion” located at 1300 Franklin Ave, Garden City (the old Saks Fifth Ave. building). A questions and answers segment will follow the seminar!
Nancy Langdon, RN, Clinical Director, will give a presentation about The Center for the Advanced Care of Chronic Conditions. This group offers a coordinated approach to the many specialists, appointments, tests and medications that are often associated with the management of chronic conditions. Patients of The Center work with a team of caring experts who help them develop an individualized health and wellness program.
Did you know that snoring is NOT normal? Dr. Ahmed from The Center will speak about Sleep disorders and the severity of Sleep Apnea.
