New Tool for Prescription Drug Shoppers

Living on a fixed income is never easy because everything around you just seems to keep costing more. So when residents kept inquiring where they could locate the most affordable prescription drugs, the New York State Department of Health created a website offering residents of New York to compare the cost of prescription drug prices in their area.

Under this New York State law that I supported, the New York Department of Health website allows you to compare prescription drugs among local pharmacies. Prices and locations are always up to date and are readily accessible. By entering some common information such as zip code, town, or county, you will be able to find the prices of a variety of prescribed drugs at nearby pharmacies and also look at their addresses and telephone numbers should you need these.

Please visit http://rx.nyhealth.gov/pdpw/ to get the lowest and most updated prescribed drug prices available to you.
